If you have customized the ribbon on your Office software, set Excel to open with a specific number of sheets, or written macros to automate your normal work flow, you should definitely stick with Office 365. Office products work hard to make sure you can customize the way you want.

You Use Macros

If you know VBA or VB and how it can streamline your work life, you should stick with Office 365. While there are other programs that provide a similar form of control, the time spent learning a new programming language may not be worth it.

You Need Hefty Word Processing

MS Word makes creating professional documents fast and easy, so if you spend a significant portion of your day typing up documents and each document requires special formatting. Word will save you a lot of time and is worth every penny.

You may be saying to yourself, “Office 365 can do way more than 4 things”, and you would be right. But these reasons are what make Office 365 subscription worth the money. The other features of Office 365 can be found in other solutions that provide more of what you want for less money.
